NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of creditors is to be held at KPMG LLP, Quayside House, 110 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3DX on 7 September 2018 at 13.00, the purpose is to consider and if thought fit approve the Joint Administrators’ proposals and further decisions.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to 15 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5GL by 4.00 pm on 6 September 2018.

The convener of the meeting are the Joint Administrators’.
