“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Brian Coleman (IP No. 009402) and James Fish (IP No. 21390) both of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester, M3 7BG be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
