A Petition to wind up the above named company (Registered No. 03471181) of Thornlow Preparatory School, Connaught Road, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 0SA, presented on 16 December 2015, by NAOMI HELEN FOWKE AND RUPERT ANTONY FOWKE both of 9 Connaught Road, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 0SA, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Bournemouth County Court at Deansleigh Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH7 7DS, on Monday 14 March 2016, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
