A petition to wind up the above-named company Thompson Crosby & Co Ltd (company number 10174054) (“the Company”) of Suite 159, 28 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, London SW7 3SS has been presented on 15 August 2022 by BRUTON PROPERTIES LIMITED whose registered office is c/o MAPLES CORPORATE SERVICES, KINGSTON CHAMBERS, PO BOX 183, ROAD TOWN, TORTOLA, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and whose address for service in the UK is c/o Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, One Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS] claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 5 October 2022 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
