NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors that the Joint Administrators intend to declare a first and final dividend within two months of the last date for proving, being 1 October 2021. If creditors who have not already submitted a proof of debt, they are invited to prove their debts in writing to us at BRCMTMidlandsandBristol@bdo.co.uk or alternatively via post to BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool, L2 5RH by no later than 1 October 2021, unless a creditor is owed a small debt of ÂŁ1,000 or less, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
