At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 18 August 2022 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QE as Liquidator of the company.
