At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 2nd Floor 32-33 Gosfield Street, Fitzrovia, London, United Kingdom, W1W 6HL on 17 January 2022, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Benjamin John Wiles (IP No. 10670) and Edward Robert Bines (IP No. 24730) both of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that they act jointly and severally”

The creditors under the Deemed Consent procedure, decision date being 17 January 2022, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Benjamin John Wiles and Edward Robert Bines as Joint Liquidators.
