A Petition to wind up the above-named company Thermologics Ltd (10840172) of whose registered office is 48 Colwick Way, Sheffield, England, S8 8LT whose nature of business is, Plumbing, heat and air-conditioning installation presented on 19 November 2020, at 11.15 by SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS AIR CONDITIONER EUROPE B.V whose registered office is situated at Evert Van De Beekstraat 310, 1118 Cx Schiphol Netherlands (A Company incorporated under the Laws of The Netherlands) claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the 7 Rolls Buildings Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 10th February 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
