At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened by short notice in accordance with the consent to short notice provided pursuant to Section 307 of the Companies Act 2006, and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB on 8 February 2022 at 6.15 pm, via video call, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Steven Barrell (IP No. 9523) and Rajnesh Mittal (IP No. 15674) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
