A Petition to Wind-up the above named Company of Griffiths Marshall, Beaumont House, 172 Southgate Street, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, GL1 2EZ presented on 5 June 2019 by Birmingham NHS Trust whose address is 5 Mill Pool, Birmingham, B5 7EG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 13 August 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
