Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 November 2021, as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions respectively:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and

That Daniel Richardson and Edward M Avery-Gee of CG&Co., Greg’s Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.; and

That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation
