At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 21 August 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

“That Timothy James Heaselgrave (office holder no. 9193) of The Timothy James Partnership Limited, Darwin House, 7 Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove B61 7JJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 21 August 2019 the appointment of Timothy James Heaselgrave as Liquidator was confirmed.
