“That the Charity be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Finch (IP No. 9672) of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Charity.”
