Notice is hereby given that a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Nicole Sara Peterson (the Petitioner) a director of The Wax Bar (Edinburgh) Ltd (in Liquidation) craving the Court inter alia to grant the Petitioner leave pursuant to section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the “Act”) to be a director quoad Beauty Trading Company Limited (SC628284) which will trade as “The Wax Bar” and to be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of such company and to be concerned or take part in the carrying on of a business under such name, notwithstanding that such company and business are or shall be known by prohibited names in terms of the Act; in which Petition Sheriff Ross by Interlocutor dated 6 November 2019 ordains any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh, within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
