Notice is hereby given that on 27 September 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie by Craig Hunt craving the Court inter alia that The Watch Medic Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 91 Alexander Street, Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, ML6 0BD (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by interlocutor dated 1 October 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Airdrie, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
