A Petition to wind up the above-named company of The Viridis Group Ltd (09639853) of The Old Brickworks, Eldon, Co Durham DL14 8EA, whose nature of business is Remediation activities and other waste management services, presented on Monday 23 March 2020, at 10:00 by E.ON UK PLC, of Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry CV4 8LG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the The Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 11 May 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
