Notice is hereby given that on 27 June 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow & Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that The Ventilation Company (Scotland) Limited, having its registered office at Suite 401-404 Baltic Chambers 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 6HJ be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 27 June 2022; ordained the said The Ventilation Company (Scotland) Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
