Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"), the Company was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and myself Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Catherine Lee-Baggaley (IP No. 9534) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, DN31 2LJ were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 8 October 2020.

Creditors should note that Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) replaced Catherine Lee-Baggaley as Joint Liquidator on 19 March 2021, following an order of the High Court in proceedings entitled CR-2021-000464.

Notice is hereby given, that the Joint Liquidators of the Company intend to make a first and final distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 16 February 2022 by sending full details of their claim to the Joint Liquidators at Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, DN31 2LJ. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Joint Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Joint Liquidators deem necessary.

The intended distribution is a first and final distribution and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 16 February 2022. A creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, which will be made within two months of the last date for proving.
