A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (06269181) of 5a Grange Lane, Winsford, England, CW7 2DH (“the Company”) was presented on 9th April 2018. The Petition was presented by Mr Paul W Barber and Mr Gary N Lee both of BEGBIES TRAYNOR (CENTRAL) LLP of 340 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4LY (“the Petitioner”), as the Joint Supervisors of the company voluntary arrangement for the Company.

The Petition will be heard by the High Court sitting at Manchester District Registry, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, Ground Floor, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on Monday 11th June 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Friday 8th June 2018.
