At a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at 6-8 Lovers Walk, Brighton, BN1 6AH on 22 October 2021, at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alastair Rex Massey (IP No. 16890) and Anthony John Wright (IP No. 10870) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
