“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Milan Vuceljic (IP No. 20172) and Simon Robert Thomas (IP No. 8920) both of Moorfields Advisory Limited, 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
