Notice is hereby given that on 2 July 2020 a Petition was presented to Jedburgh Sheriff Court by The Teviot Game Fare Smokery Limited, craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that The Teviot Game Fare Smokery Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC124200) and having its registered office at Kirkbank, Eckford, Kelso TD5 8LE, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff Paterson, by Interlocutor dated 3 July 2020, meantime appointed Keith Veitch Anderson, Insolvency Practitioner of MLM Solutions, 4/2, 100 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2QD to be provisional liquidator of the said company with all the usual powers necessary for the preservation of the assets of the company and in particular the powers contained in Parts II and paragraph 6 of Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Jedburgh within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
