Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators for the purpose of establishing a creditors' committee and if no committee is formed, fixing the basis of the Joint Liquidators' remuneration and calculation of allocated disbursements.
