A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company of The Tannery (Liverpool) Limited (09159105) of Vinco Business First, 25 Goodlass Road, Liverpool, L24 9HJ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is development of building projects, presented on 11 November 2019 at 10.00 am by Helix Contracting Limited of 112 Spendmore Lane, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 5BX, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 17 February 2020 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or to its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 14 February 2020.
