On 1 November 2017 a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Andrew George Booth and Deborah Jane Booth, both residing at Savock, Newburgh, Ellon, Aberdeenshire, AB41 6BA craving the Court inter alia to order that The Store (Edinburgh) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC272716) and having its registered office at 12-16 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1PS, be wound up and a Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff Summers by Interlocutor dated 1 November 2017 allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Castle Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1WP within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; and in the meantime appointed Paul Dounis, Insolvency Practitioner of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in sections 135, 167 and 169 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in particular to exercise the power specified in paragraph 6 of Part III to Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
