On 02/05/2019 a Petition was presented to Inverness Sheriff Court craving the court inter alia to order that The Shirlie Project, Company Number: SC191975, a company limited by guarantee, having its registered office at 40 Longman Drive, Inverness, IV1 1SU, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator; meantime, a Provisional Liquidator be appointed; the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 07/05/2019 appointed Kenneth Robert Craig & Kenneth Wilson Patullo, Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, as Provisional Liquidators with powers contained in Paras 4 & 5 of Part II & III of Sch 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and ordained any party with an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk, Inverness within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
