A Petition to wind-up the above named company of 1-2 Emmervale Court, Midland Road, Cirencester, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, GL7 1PZ, presented on 21 November 2019 by MIRASA BOLLINGTON LIMITED, Shiv House, 42 Hale Road, Altrincham, England, WA14, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Manchester District Registry and County Court, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street, Manchester, M60 9DJ on Monday 20 January 2020 at 10:00am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition may be heard).
