"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Illes (IP No. 23730) and William Antony Batty (IP No. 8111) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company."
