At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held virtually as a result of the government restrictions imposed as a result of the Covid 19 outbreak on 10 December 2020 at 11.15 a.m the following resolutions were passed:

i. "A special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily."

ii. "An ordinary resolution that Gary Pettit of PBC Business Recovery and Insolvency, 9/10 Scirocco Close, Moulton Park, Northampton NN3 6AP be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company and that he is authorised to act."
