NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held on 21 July 2017 at 10.00 am for the purpose of considering the resolutions set out in the Joint Administrators’ Proposals.

Creditors should contact Sarah Brinkley of Geoffrey Martin & Co if they require details of how to access the virtual meeting.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies to the convenor/chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 10.00 am on 21 July 2017 and proofs must be delivered by 4pm the day before the meeting to Geoffrey Martin & Co, 1 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London E14 4HD by 4.00pm on 20 July 2017.

The convener of the meeting is the Joint Administrators.
