At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 27 Shiers Avenue, Dartford, DA1 5RQ on 03 November 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Jeremy Charles Frost (IP No: 9091) and Michelle Gillian Breslin (IP No: 9579) of Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1LU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”

NOTICE IS GIVEN by Jeremy Charles Frost (IP number: 9091) and Michelle Gillian Breslin (IP number: 9579) that the creditors to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley, BR1 1LU, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
