“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Henry Lan (IP No. 8188) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
