A Petition to wind up the above-named company of The Priors Group Limited (10775844) of Manor Farm, Manor Farm Way, Gloucester GL2 2ZT, whose nature of business is Construction of commercial buildings, presented on Tuesday 28 April 2020, at 10:00 by ABEDS DESIGN AND ENGINEERING LIMITED, of 60 St. Teilo Street, Pontarddulais, Swansea SA4 8SY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 19 August 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
