At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Reading Green Park, 200 Brook Drove, Green Park, Reading RG2 6UB, on 27 January 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as special and ordinary resolutions:

i. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

ii. That Michael Gillard of Mackenzie Goldberg Johnson Limited, Scope House, Weston Road, Crewe CW1 6DD be appointed liquidator of the company.

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Michael Gillard as liquidator.
