Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 May 2022, as a Special Resolution (1) and Ordinary Resolutions (2) and (3):

(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily;

(2) That Rachel Hotham and Simon Rowe of Milsted Langdon LLP, Freshford House, Redcliffe Way, Bristol, BS1 6NL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up; and

(3) That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office.
