At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor Minerva House, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS on 28 January 2021 at 1.00 pm, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
