“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB and Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Pavilion House, 14-16 Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that the Liquidators shall act jointly and severally.”
