NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Neville & Co, Buckland House, 12 William Prance Road, Plymouth International Business Park, Plymouth, PL6 5WR on the 8th March 2017 at 11.00am, for the purposes mentioned in Section 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act, i.e. to consider the Directors statement of affairs, to appoint Joint Liquidators and to appoint a Liquidation Committee. The Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidators are to be remunerated. In addition, the Meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting.

Any Creditor wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a completed proof of debt form (together, if it is desired to vote by proxy, with a completed proxy form) at Neville & Co, Buckland House, 12 William Prance Road, Plymouth International Business Park, Plymouth, PL6 5WR not later than noon on the 7th March 2017.
