1. On 8th March 2017, The Mount P. Limited T/A The Mount Pleasant will be placed into creditors voluntary liquidation.

2. Mr Gover will have been a Director of The Mount P. Limited for the 12 months ending with the day before the Company is placed into liquidation.

3. Mr Gover gives notice that it is his intention to act in one or more ways to which section 216 (3) in connection with, or for the purposes of, carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above-named Company under the proposed name of Pleasant Events Limited T/A The Mount Pleasant.
