A Petition to wind up the above named Company whose Registered Office is at Unit D2-D3 Stafford Park 4, Telford, Shropshire TF3 3BA presented on 30 July 2018 by BEST IN DESIGN LTD whose Registered Office is at First Floor Suite, Heath Mill House, Wolverhampton WV5 8AP claiming to be the creditor of the Company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Court House, Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 11 September 2018 at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 10 September 2018.
