The following special and ordinary resolutions were passed on 14 March 2019 by written resolution:

“That it has been proved that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Geoffrey Wayne Bouchier (IP No. 9535) and Paul David Williams (IP No. 9294) both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding up."

The resolutions confirming the appointment of Geoffrey Wayne Bouchier and Paul David Williams as Joint Liquidators were ratified by the creditors under the Deemed Consent procedure, the decision date being 14 March 2019.
