At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD on 21 August 2019 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been proved to this satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lynn Gibson (IP No. 6708) of Gibson Hewitt Ltd, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
