At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London, WC1R 5EF on 18 June 2020, the following resolutions were passed by the Members as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen John Evans (IP No. 8759) of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Grays Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed as Liquidator of the Company."
