At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 11:00 am on 9 August 2019 at 68 Lonsdale Avenue, Weston Super Mare, Somerset BS23 3SJ the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and "that Peter Frost (IP No 8935) and Victor Ellaby (IP No 8020) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
