That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.

“That Simon Barriball of McAlister & Co, 10 St Helen's Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW (office holder 11950) be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up”.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 25 February 2019 the appointment of Simon Barriball as Liquidator was confirmed.
