A Petition to wind up the above-named company of The Life Team Ltd (registered number: 10238982) of Suite 19 Beechfield House, Winterton Way, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 0LP (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Activities auxiliary to financial intermediation not elsewhere classified, presented on 2 November 2022 at 10.00 am by Choices CPO 1 Limited, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street, M60  9DJ, on 4 January 2023, at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 3 January 2023.
