At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Regus, Pinewood Chineham Business Park, Chineham, Basingstoke, RG24 8AL on 01 February 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Reeves, of Fortis Insolvency Limited, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester M1 5AN, (IP No 7882), be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.” At a meeting of Creditors held on the same date at the same location, the above resolutions were ratified by creditors, and the appointment as liquidator of Michael Reeves, of Fortis Insolvency Limited, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester M1 5AN was confirmed.
