“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Iain Fraser and Thomas Campbell Maclennan, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD, (IP Nos. 9218 and 8209) be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
