At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Legis Chambers, 14 Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4QH on 29 March 2017 the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Matthew Anthony Reeds, of Beacon Licensed Insolvency Practitioners LLP, 99 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9DR, (IP No 18510) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
