A petition to wind up the above named Company of Northgate House, Barton Court, Upper Borough Walls, Bath, BA1 1RG, presented on 22 August 2019 by Braveheart Properties Limited, Akara Building, 24 De Castro Street, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the County Court at Bath, North Parade Road, Bath, BA1 5AF on 7 October 2019 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support of oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 4 October 2019.
